jar file, I'd use it and never look back. If Jagex came out with an official client in an executable. This is infuriating on so many levels and this issue alone would immediately stop anyone who plays on multiple accounts simultaneously even considering it. I've turned off almost all of the other features and keep only the things in the side of the client (highscores lookup, GE lookup, screenmarkers, etc.)Īnother massive shortcoming of the official client is the fact I can never seem to get multiple instances of it running without the annoying "could not create advertising" error. jar file, making it quick and easy to use on a Linux machine. In saying all this, the primary reason I use 3PCs is because they come in a nice. I always found it very weird that you can't set a width of the boxes you can draw with it, and the defaults are so thick! In addition to this, I find their screen-marking far superior to OSB.
#KONDUIT OSRS COMBAT OVERLAY FEATURES PLUS#
I find the interface makes it easy to find what I'm looking for plus the ability to Right-click parts of the actual game UI to automatically bring up relevant settings is really nice. Of all the 3rd Party clients my preferred is Konduit.
#KONDUIT OSRS COMBAT OVERLAY FEATURES PRO#
I eventually gave Konduit a shot because supposedly it was lighter and ran more smoothly on my machine (which is rather old at this point), and I haven't looked back, even cancelling my OSB pro subscription even though it was only a few dollars a month.
I started off using OSB, and for a time used their Pro version. While I agree, it's still astounding why people in this thread in particular are getting down voted for showing concern over security or just generally being opposed to 3rd party clients. We generally have a higher level of discussion here
